Forward-deployed AI engineering / Embedded implementation

We work alongside your team to make AI useful.

Forward-deployed AI engineering means working close to your business: observing how work happens, improving the process, connecting suitable tools and testing the result with the people who use it. We scope the workflow, access, delivery responsibilities and support before implementation.

Working alongside your team
Working alongside your teamObserve the workflow. Build, test and improve it together.

Process first / AI where it helps

Understand the job before choosing the technology.

We start with the tools you already use, including platforms such as GoHighLevel. A move to a different system is a decision to justify, not the default starting point. Available integrations, permissions and costs are confirmed during discovery.

Remove

Duplicate work

Stop copying the same inquiry into multiple lists when a shared record can serve the people who need it.

Automate

Predictable rules

Record a form submission, assign an owner and create an agreed reminder. No model judgment is needed.

Assist with AI

Variable information

Prepare a draft summary from a customer’s description and photos, flagging missing details instead of inventing them.

Human judgment

Prices and commitments

The estimator checks the site requirements and approves scope, price, timing and the customer-facing quote.

Illustrative quote-to-booking workflow. These are possible design choices, not a client result or an autonomous pricing promise.

Our delivery method / Kyros Agent Intelligence

From real work to a supported implementation.

01

Observe and map

Interview the people doing the job, shadow the workflow where agreed and inspect approved records. Capture hidden handoffs, waiting, exceptions and the baseline measures.

02

Simplify and scope

Classify each step, identify suitable changes and agree on an achievable pilot. Document permissions, dependencies, costs, approval points and what is outside the engagement.

03

Build and evaluate

Connect the relevant systems and implement fixed-rule automation or AI assistance where appropriate. Test representative inputs, missing information, failures and duplicate-action risks before rollout.

04

Launch and support

Train users, agree on support responsibilities and document recovery and handover. Monitor adoption, errors, turnaround and unit cost where the data supports measurement. Ongoing support and review cadence are defined in the proposal.

Evidence over promises

Ask to see how the work is tested.

Expertise should be assessable. An implementation engagement defines the evidence you receive and the conditions for launch. We do not present illustrative examples or sample demonstrations as measured client outcomes.

A clear design

Workflow map, system connections, data access and the decisions that stay with people.

Evaluation evidence

Representative cases, expected behavior, known limitations, failure handling and agreed acceptance criteria.

A working handover

Training, operating instructions, support ownership and a practical path to recover or roll back changes.

A measurable review

Baseline and review measures for adoption, turnaround, rework and cost per completed task. Estimates remain estimates until measured.

Engagements / Start at the right scale

One workflow first. Repeat what proves useful.

01

A scoped diagnostic

The $999 AI Business Assessment reviews an agreed priority workflow and produces a starting map and roadmap. Builds and broader system analysis are separate.

02

Embedded implementation

A scoped engagement to work alongside your team on delivery. We agree on the systems, deliverables, timeline, access and support arrangements before work begins.

03

Multi-location rollout

Where locations share suitable systems, evaluate what can be reused and what requires local configuration. Pilot one setup before extending it. Franchise or vendor permissions must be confirmed.

Practical answers

Before you decide.

How is this different from consulting?

Consulting helps you decide. A forward-deployed engagement includes scoped implementation alongside your team, testing and adoption work. We explain our advisory and delivery roles separately.

Will everything use AI?

No. Remove unnecessary work first, use fixed rules for predictable steps and keep judgment with people. AI is used when it is suitable for a defined part of the workflow.

Do you guarantee a financial return?

No specific result is promised on this page. We agree on measurements, costs, acceptance criteria and commercial terms in the proposal. Time freed up is not automatically cash savings.

Do you work on site?

Remote, on-site or hybrid arrangements depend on location and scope. We agree on those arrangements before an engagement; no permanent on-site staffing is implied.

Decision Confidence

Bring us the workflow that keeps getting stuck.

Tell us what you sell, how customers reach you and which work keeps piling up. We will help you choose a practical next step.
